Year Details
1941/ Showa 16 Tadayoshi Takano established Takano Factory as his private company at Mukojima, Tokyo. The factory began to produce springs.
1945/ Showa 20 Evacuated to Miyada village, Kamiina county, Nagano prefecture.
1953/ Showa 28 Established Takano Factory Company Limited.
1968/ Showa 43 Transaction with KOKUYO Co.,Ltd began.
1973/ Showa 48 Changed company’s name from Takano Factory Co.,Ltd to Takano Co.,Ltd. Capital was increased to two-hundred (200) million yen.
1982/ Showa 57 Transaction with TOYO EXTERIOR Co.,Ltd began
1983/ Showa 58 New plant for new field (production of Electromagnetic Actuator) constructed.
1987/ Showa 62 The first machine of Image-processing device with CCD-camera completed. Beginning of the advance into this business field.
1994/ Heisei 6 Hakodate branch office opened in Hakodate city, Hokkaido.
Launched into the new ground of Equipments of health and welfare.
1995/ Heisei 7 Registered at Tokyo Securities Dealers Association as a stock.
1996/ Heisei 8 Acquired ISO9001.
1997/ Heisei 9 Listed at the Second section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Takano Building was newly constructed at Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, as Tokyo branch office.
1999/ Heisei 11 Acquired ISO14001.
As for a headquarter /a main warehouse of Exterior department, Mazumi plant was set up in Komagane city.
2001/ Heisei 13 Established Opto.One Inc. in Fujieda city, Shizuoka prefecture.
2004/ Heisei 16 Listed at the First section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2005/ Heisei 17 Established TAKANO TAIWAN CO.,LTD.
2006/ Heisei 18 Established Takano Korea CO.,Ltd.
